SIA Kilen Baltic, established in 2020 as a subsidiary of Sweden's Kilenkrysset AB, is a significant player in the precast concrete industry in Latvia. Initially starting operations with reinforcement frame production for the Stockholm tunnel project, the company has rapidly developed, investing 2.5 million euros in a new and modern precast concrete panel factory in Ikšķile. In 2023, a 2,300 square meter production building with office spaces and a 3,000 square meter outdoor area was completed, making it one of the most modern and efficient precast concrete factories in the Baltics.

Kilen Baltic specializes in manufacturing various precast concrete elements, including walls, plinth elements, foundation elements, stairs, columns, and utility shaft production. The company is committed to creating an excellent production environment, improving working conditions, production processes, product quality, and communication. As a Swedish company business center in Latvia, Kilen Baltic promotes cooperation between Swedish and Latvian companies, planning to develop new industrial parks and residential areas.

Unique production system

We have created a modern management and production system. This system organizes all work tasks, current drawings, and processes.

Production capacity

The factory can manufacture wall elements up to 10.5 meters in length and 4 meters in height with a maximum weight of 18 tons. The factory has 10 hydraulic lifting work tables. Maximum production capacity is up to 3,000 m² per month.

Considering the relatively recent entry of precast concrete structures into the Baltic market, we share Sweden's long-standing experience and provide support to architects, builders, and structural engineers.

Quality control

We have implemented a comprehensive quality control system to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Our quality control system includes: Raw material inspection, Production process control, Finished product inspection.

Precast concrete structures:

- provide fast and precise construction processes, as structural elements are manufactured in the factory and then assembled on the construction site,

- reduce costs, as factory-manufactured elements have lower prices than individually manufactured ones on the construction site,

- ensure high quality and durability, as factory-manufactured elements are carefully inspected and tested,

- provide clients with significant time and financial benefits, as the construction process is faster and cheaper.
